    David McCulloh – Director of Clinical Science at Reproart

    David McCulloh, PhD, HCLD (High-Complexity Clinical Laboratory Director), C.C., serves as Director of Clinical Science at three branches (Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi) of the ReproART Georgian-American Center for Reproductive Medicine.  At the same time, he leads the Andrology Laboratories at Biogenetics Corporation in New Jersey, the Sperm and Embryo Bank of New York in New York City, and the Biogenetics Laboratory in Brooklyn, NY. David McCulloh’s work experience includes directing ART (assisted reproductive technology) laboratories for three decades: NYUL Fertility Center in New York City, University Reproductive Associates [and its predecessor, the Center for Reproductive Medicine at Hackensack University Medical Center] in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey; Offices for Fertility and Reproductive Medicine, in Greenwich Village, New York; and the Fertility Institute at the Brooklyn Hospital Center, in Brooklyn, New York. He held a Scientist Position at the Oregon Regional Primate Research Center, in Beaverton, Oregon.

    Lika Chkonia - Founder, Director of ReproART

    ReproART was founded by Lika Chkonia who has the most extensive experience with in vitro fertilization in Georgia (30 years) and 8 years of working in IVF Clinics in the USA. After Lika came back from the United States all the available techniques of ART became accessible for Georgian infertile patients. She is the first embryologist in Georgia who performed the first ICSI, ICSI using surgically retrieved sperm (fresh and frozen), FET with Vitrified/Warmed blastocyst, and PGT. Lika is a President of the Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology of Georgia and a Member of the PGT Consortium of ESHRE. Since 2022, Lika became a Coordinator of the Special Interest Group “Global and Socio-cultural Aspects of Infertility “ at ESHRE.
